Almost 30 years after they were last together on the big screen, the surviving members of Monty Python are teaming up for a new movie. The troupe announced the production of the sci-fi spoof "Absolutely Anything" recently, which will begin filming later this spring, Variety reports.

The movie, which will star the likes of John Cleese, Eric Idle and Terry Gilliam, was written by fellow Monty Python member Terry Jones. The story follows a group of aliens who give a man the power to do anything, simply to sit back and watch as he messes it up. Though it stars members of the famous comedy gang, it will not be exactly like their previous endeavors.

"It's not a Monty Python picture, but it certainly has that sensibility," Jones told the publication.

There's no release date for the movie just yet, but until that time comedy movie buffs may want to check out the group's other titles including "Monty Python and the Holy Grail," "Monty Python's Life of Brian" and "And Now For Something Completely Different."
