'Les Miserables' cast keeps growing

The cast of the upcoming adaptation of the music "Les Miserables" is shaping up to be one for the ages. "Gossip Girl" actor Aaron Tveit became the latest big name added to the mix, singing on to play the role of Enjolras, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The landing of Tviet is just one of a number of big signings for the project, which already stars musical theater veteran Hugh Jackman in the lead role of Jean Valjean. Russell Crowe is also attached to the project as the antagonist Inspector Javert. Other famous names attached to the movie include Amanda Seyfried, Anne Hathaway and Eddie Redmayne, while Taylor Swift and Helena Bonham Carter are still in talks for potential roles. Tom Hooper, who won an Oscar for "The Kings Speech" is set to direct. The film will have to be pretty good to compete with some of the best musicals to come out over the last decade. The star-studded adaptation of "Chicago" took home Best Picture honors, while "Moulin Rouge" was also nominated for the award.
