(We do not collect these names or emails!)When Mark Wahlberg announced that he was planning to cast pop sensation Justin Bieber in his planned sports drama, movie fans were understandably a bit miffed. However, Wahlberg says that he has no qualms about selecting the "Somebody to Love Crooner," MTV News reports.
Though Bieber has yet to flex his acting muscles, Wahlberg believes that he has what it takes to be successful on the big screen, if for no other reason than his unrelenting work ethic and innate ability.
"I see the guy and spent time with him, and you see what he does and how he does it, and then you actually have a conversation with him, and it's there," Wahlberg told the news source.
Both Bieber and the "Boogie Nights" star have been tight-lipped about the project and haven't revealed many details. The Canadian singer may be a smart choice though, given that he has played in several celebrity basketball games.
While it might be sometime until the movie hits theaters, fans can check out Wahlberg in "The Departed" and Bieber in his concert DVD "Never Say Never."
