The NBC comedy "30 Rock" has been one of the most critically acclaimed shows in recent years, but it may be losing its biggest star. Alec Baldwin's contract is up at the end of the upcoming sixth season and he doesn't know if he wants to come back, The Associated Press reports.

Baldwin, who plays NBC executive Jack Donaghy, has already started embarking on other endeavors including a podcast that he has been working on with New York public radio that will launch on October 24. He said he hasn't ruled out doing another season, but would like to try some new things.

"I wouldn't want to prevent them from having another year, because they're all my friends and they've been good to me," Baldwin told the AP. "Maybe I would do a piece of the year. But I really do want to move on to other things."

Fans of "30 Rock" can always relive the best Jack Donaghy moments through TV on DVD and may also want to check out similar series including "Parks and Recreation" and "The Office."
