'Paranormal Activity 2' leaves audiences at the edge of their seat

Moviegoers went crazy for "Paranormal Activity," the independent gem that caused a sensation when it was released in 2007. Those looking for an even bigger scare may want to indulge in a viewing of "Paranormal Activity 2," an incredible fright fest which will finally be available on DVD February 9. The sequel centers on Kristi (Sprague Grayden), whose sister, Katie (Katie Featherston), was at the center of the drama in the original film. Kristi is married to Dan Rey (Brian Boland), and the couple have been experiencing what they believe are a number of break-ins. When the pair sets up cameras, they soon realize that a spirit is terrorizing their house, putting their entire family in danger. It appears as though audiences are completely gaga for the "Paranormal" franchise - the combined worldwide gross of both films totals more than $363 million. Those who are craving more stories from the series are in luck, as "Paranormal Activity 3" will be in theaters this October.
