"Gossip Girl: The Complete Third Season" is a must for fans of the series

The CW series "Gossip Girl" is going strong on television, and luckily for fans, the complete third season is about to hit shelves. The hit drama revolves around an all-knowing blogger - the Gossip Girl - who gives juicy details about the lives of Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively), Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester), and the rest of their Upper East Side Manhattan-dwelling crew. In the third season, Hilary Duff joins the show as a movie star named Olivia Burke, who eventually winds up dating Dan Humphrey. The majority of the episodes also deal with Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen), who seems to inveigle whatever she wants out of life. While the stars of "Gossip Girl" are highly successful on the small screen, their feature film careers are going strong as well. In fact, Lively recently appeared in the widely-acclaimed drama "The Private Lives of Pippa Lee," while Meester had a role in the Steve Carell and Tina Fey comedy "Date Night."
