Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant are best known for creating "The Office" in the United Kingdom, but the talented Brits have lent their writing and directing skills to other projects as well. Luckily, "Cemetery Junction," their first collaboration on a feature-length film, will be available on DVD August 17.

The film centers on three friends - Freddie Taylor (Christian Cooke), Bruce Pearson (Tom Hughes) and Snork (Jack Doolan). The latter two blokes are happy with their working-class lives, which include spending their days drinking and chasing girls.

However, Freddie is looking for something more. When he gets a job as a door-to-door salesman and runs into an old flame named Julie (Felicity Jones), he and his mates are faced with some serious decisions.

Gervais and Merchant have teamed up several times before on projects such as their hit drama-comedy series, "Extras," which was adored in both the United States and England.

Gervais also most recently starred in "The Invention of Lying," which he wrote and directed as well.ADNFCR-2673-ID-19926420-ADNFCR
