For those who adore dance movies, "Step Up 3D" may be one of the most entertaining films to be released in years. Where else can moviegoers watch scores of energetic 20-somethings get their groove on as if they were in the same room?

Just as exciting as "Step Up" and "Step Up 2: The Streets," the third installment of the high-octane franchise centers on Luke (Rick Malambri), a chiseled young performer who dreams of making it big. The handsome guy lives in a sprawling Manhattan loft with a bunch of other people who love to get down. The live for shaking their thing to the music, and it shows.

Of course, Luke needs another person to join his group, and he finds it in Moose (Adam G. Sevani), a freshman at NYU. Moose is an engineering major who has given up dance, but is soon pulled back into the exciting world. As he starts practicing with Luke's crew and prepares for an upcoming competition, he struggles to juggle his personal life and school.

Full of intense energy and scores of skilled performers, "Step Up 3D" is a film that stays with you long after the credits roll. Of course, just like similar flicks such as "Save the Last Dance" and "Honey," a heated romantic relationship pulls moviegoers in as much as the awesome dance moves.

Enter Natalie (Sharni Vinson), a beautiful young dancer who soon joins Luke's group. However, it's not completely love at first sight, as the woman has a secret. As she struggles to tell the truth, the performers are suddenly in danger of losing the big competition.

Exciting and unforgettable, "Step Up 3D" is bound to please audiences of all ages and backgrounds. Malambri, a former Abercrombie & Fitch model, has star quality. With such great looks and talent, the world is sure to be waiting to see where he pops up next.

"Step Up 3D" is rated PG-13 and is 107 minutes long. The film contains scenes involving sexual situations and swearing. Recommended for audiences ages 13 and up.ADNFCR-2673-ID-19922670-ADNFCR
