"Paranormal Activity 2" trailer hits the internet

Fans of the horror genre looking for a good fright can now get a taste of something spooky. The trailer for "Paranormal Activity 2," the highly-anticipated sequel to the original 2009 low-budget film, has been released. It looks as though the film will certainly satisfy moviegoers. The clip shows an image of a baby in its crib while a dog sleeps by its side. The footage is the same grainy, night vision display that was used in "Paranormal Activity." After a few seconds, the dog in the film starts barking and an image of a figure appears on the screen. Not surprisingly, there are rumors on the internet that this may be the ghost of Katie (Katie Featherston), the heroine from the original film. "Paranormal Activity" was an immense success when it was released. It was reportedly shot on a $15,000 budget, and eventually went on to accrue more than $100 million at the box office in the United States alone. Moviegoers who can't wait for October of this year to see the film's sequel may also get a kick out of other low-budget horror films, such as "The Blair Witch Project."
