The movie follows the hard-living, whiskey-drinking detective Malone (played by Thomas Jane) as he works on a case that leads him to stake outs, car chases and a few romantic encounters. The fast-paced movie is sure to keep movie buffs on the edge of their seats.
Moviegoers have called the film a Tarantino-esque thriller, and compared it to other shoot 'em ups, like "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly."
Jane is currently appearing in the popular HBO series "Hung," which tells the story of Ray Drecker, a divorced teacher who moonlights as a male escort to make ends meet and provide a better life for his family.
